It is difficult, there are many lines, I formed myself to go up to boxes and they returned me to the practices, the girl told me very kindly that one of her colleagues was going to support me since I had never carried out that operation, then I formed in the line of cashiers and When I got ahead they told me that it was in the other row and there was also no one from BBVA, I finally re-formed in the row that corresponded to me and when it was my turn, the person who was supposed to help me still did not arrive 😥 I told him my situation to the quartermaster girl who finally was the one who very kindly helped me even when she was helping me, she still advised other clients with doubts 👏👏 for her. Additional note: in the rows there is no healthy distance apart from the fact that it is very sunny outside and we have to train there.

Due to the Pandemic they are opening at 10 in the morning, but it is recommended to arrive early to queue.

Do not go this week it will be closed. You have small ads in the glass that says: due to the pandemic it will be closed. They even closed the ATMs and gave him practical boxes
