I understand the rules that must be followed due to the pandemic, it may be uncomfortable to constantly be using gel but it is necessary ... However, part of those staff (especially the one who does the surveillance) does not stop being rude ... They have not understood that kindness, dialogue is important for an establishment to function ... What if Will people begin to migrate for every lack of education of the personnel who work there ?! It's a matter of professional ethics ...!
