Good service, although the cashiers are slow !! They do not have the prices on all the items, so you have to ask an employee and they don't know the items well !! I recommend it for the articles and the prices !!

Good afternoon, I had the opportunity to visit the SORIANA Cofradía store today and I see a store with a lot of disorder, in the sports area products out of their packaging without price and without anyone who can support me since everyone says they are busy And to finish the lady who is in the customer service area with a terrible service attitude, at first I went to leave a package because I was going to enter the OUTLETS area and her answer was, they also have packages and I asked to return My package to take it to outlets to which I answered no because I already accommodated it, well after making some purchases I returned for my package to which there were three people before me, after 10 min. Locate the person in charge to which I asked please give me my package, to which she responded right now and in a quite annoying way, possibly her anger was why I interrupted her talk with her cashiers this happened today around 9 in the morning , I do this criticism because it is not the first time that it happens to me I asked him for the number of his call center and I answer in his ticket he comes, what a pity for the staff that this store has, unfortunately this is how customers are being lost
