Terrible service, the girl that is at night got angry because I arrived at her departure time and it was 7:40 PM when I went in to see the cupra I wanted and she did not even answer me the good night greeting, I sweep up and down besides putting the guard next to me as if he were going to steal the cupra that was closed. The guard told me that he wanted to leave and that was why he was angry. And I went out to smoke a cigarette outside my car when he came out to tell me that they were going to treat me after 15 minutes. Obviously I did not accept and at that moment they closed the store with an almost infinite arrogance. The next day I went to give my Cupra payment at another agency and we even bought 2 cash coupons but at another agency. That day I was wearing a jacket and they treated me like a vagabond in this place. Poor agency and poor clients, better avoid anger and go to another agency. This happened in October 2020 but I remembered right now that I will go for some wheels and tires and I am looking if there is another cupra that is not this one. Really think about it before going to this place with professional mistreatment of your potential clients. And watch out there owners or managers with their investments, more staff training
