Terrible customer service. They do not respond to the needs or concerns of the client. They don't have the slightest courtesy or respect

Advantage: - It is the best in areas without Telmex coverage (most of the subdivisions) because it is FTTH (Fiber To The Home) and the other providers are WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider). Disadvantages: - Cost somewhat expensive. Improvement points: - Improve latency, sometimes ping to 1.1.1.1 is more than a second. - Upload speed, I have the 20Mbps plan, download reaches 19 ~ 20Mbps without problems, but upload barely reaches 2Mbps. It would be appreciated if it were 5Mbps.

Not even the technicians who are wiring in Residencial Andalucía guarantee that they can give 20 mbs, they say that it depends on the availability of the network ... connecting a fiber cable from the node to the home does not work if the infra of your network is not fiber in your Totality ... Another thing, not even on their phone do they answer to hire the service ... I lost the desire to hire their service, which just in my first approach as a client leaves much to be desired !!!
