hotel with pool and jacuzzi, spacious rooms with aa, in the room they gave me, the shower door was missing, therefore much of the water is irrigated through the toilet and sink area, coupled with the floor in that area it is not slip resistant, I slipped suffering a sprained foot.
The hotel is very good for what it is and what catches my attention is the pool is a very good place to spend time
The worst attention I have received in a hotel in Acapulco. The staff has no vocation for service. Super dirty pool. The jacuzzi does not serve properly and with very dirty water with sand.
Common garbage cans full to the brim.
At night, on weekends, it works as a passing hotel with everything and neon light.
The prices are misleading, because they show them without taxes.
This is illegal.
I definitely do not recommend it.
