Great hotel, excellent costumer service. Clean and beautiful views.

PRECIOUS HOTEL. Very new, Emanuel great attention and kindness, rich breakfast. Very nice pool. Far from the center but it is nice to be a little isolated, in addition to the beautiful view that the hotel has in general.

We decided to stay at the hotel because they had heating in the pool and a good view, the pool was cold and very dirty, mold on the bottom and floating bugs and garbage, the bathroom in the room ran out of water without being able to pull it ... the only good thing is the view and the room is nice although with hair in the closets, at breakfast there was a bug, the staff tried to be friendly but unfortunately these things were not pleasant.

We feel very comfortable.☺️ Newly built room, minibar in the room, Netflix on television, cleaning and excellent treatment of the person! Boiler in the pool 🥰
