Decided to check this place out as a healthy alternative while on vacation and loved everything on the menu. The peanut butter oatmeal, French toast, chocolate cake and burrito bowl was incredible, but everything here is and we’re not even vegan! Come here for a relaxed ambience, good conversation and chill music if you’re in town 👍❤️

During my magical month stay in Troncones, Cafe Corazon in the center of the main drag was a daily stop. They have a relaxed welcoming unpretentious atmosphere that hosts a hip local scene. The menu offers a delicious mix of nourishing breakfast treats such as chia pudding with berries and chocolate energy balls, the kind of fare I look for and rarely find. The lunch options are playful and fresh. Great smoothies and coffee. Wish I had a place like this in my neighborhood.

Cafe Corazon truly lives up to its name. The owner, Shelley is a beautiful human who has created a delicious vegan menu with so much love. My hubby and I love the nachos so much! They are a must! I had the breakfast sandwich today and it was delicious. I also highly recommend the Tierra juice and they have great coffee! Whenever I eat at Cafe Corazon I feel so nourished. Their staff are very friendly and upbeat, the service is on point and the vibe is lovely. A true gem in central Troncones - check it out!
