Majahua Palms

Our 4th year of visiting. The staff is wonderful, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We stay in a bungalow (breakfast incleded) just steps from the beach where there are more pelicans than people! Lots of beach walking, great authentic food (caught right in front of the hotel(ask if there is a special for dinner). Peaceful and quiet with activities they can arrange for you like kayaking, horseback riding, turtle release etc. Or you can go into Troncones via the beach or taxi, or into Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo by taxi. The locals are friendly and patient with us non Spanish speakers. It's hard to leave every time we come.

I so enjoyed Majahua Palms Resort, I'm going back this year, the food is excellent, service more than excellent, accommodations very comfortable. The area and beach is uncrowded and so scenic right on the ocean!

The staff here are wonderful. Very attentive service. The food was very simple. Plain. A small buffet for breakfasts. The bungalows are also very rustic.

if your are looking for a place aside from the regular this is a great option. It's quiet, pretty and the pool and staff are great.. rooms were Nice. Definetly if you're planning your wedding here it's the place..
