If you are ok with showing up to your Villa being double booked or not getting the Villa you specifically rented - this is the place for you. The differences between the Villas - as for ocean view, shade and privacy vary a great deal.

Very well maintained villas and grounds. Love this location! Quiet and relaxing, yet great place to meet new people.

Fantastic little 10-unit complex in the middle of Troncones. My wife, three kids and I had an absolute blast exploring this little gem of a village (800 population). The complex is exceptionally clean and well-built. The rooms are just the right size, air conditioned and feature very comfortable beds. The on-sight manager is responsive and knowledgeable. Adventures within walking distance include horseback riding, surfing, boogie boarding, hiking, biking and fishing. More than 10 delightful restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Our only complaint was our unit was double-booked upon our arrival. Thankfully management got us into a different unit for the first night and we were able to move to our proper unit the following day. While the customer service in responding to this issue was wonderful, it was a needless and slightly frustrating ordeal. Otherwise, this place is a surefire 5 out of 5!

Calm and relaxed place to spend quality time with your family. Really nice atmosphere with the owners of the villas and the visitors.
