I was talking with Miss Fernanda Fraga for information about the CELTA and FPELE course and nothing else sends me anything, I've been asking for the information for 3 weeks and it just turns me around. Every time I try to communicate with her at the Coyoacán branch or they tell me she is not there or if I talk to her, she spends her laughing and screaming like crazy. It is rude by her towards all customers. In The Anglo they have a much better deal than this person.
