It is the worst pre-owned agency really if you are going to buy a car do not buy it here, look for another Das WeltAuto, but DO NOT take risks; the vendors are incompetent & the Manager MIGUEL CERVANTES is pushy and disrespectful. It does not surprise me that VW has cut its relationship with this agency & if you have questions, see the other comments & references on social networks.

Good attention when you buy a car, but when you are already in the process and they have to give you lousy follow-up by the manager, it took me a month to deliver my car. Currently I am also waiting for my car to be delivered to me as I enter it under warranty and it has been there for a week because the manager cannot sign the application.

Terrible service they do not follow up, they put a lot of obstacles to deliver the car and they do not deliver all the documentation, I am still waiting without a response from the manager,
