Dr. Juan Antonio Vázquez attended me a long time ago. I had an abscess between the neck and back that apparently was originally a lipoma or cyst, and became infected by trying to remove it myself. The doctor gave me anesthesia in the area but I don't wait for it to take effect and so he proceeded to remove the abscess, which was very painful. I left the office very sore and annoying, because in addition, he used a professional zero language when referring to the abscess several times as "piglet" I think we deserve respectful treatment as patients.
