The director should train his staff to be able to "PROVIDE BETTER CARE" because they charge like an excellent hospital and it is not worth it. Second; Comparing the medical notes with another hospital, Merlos does not give the adequate DX, they do not even know how to put a serum and that if, they charge as if you should.

Bad service, from the entrance there is no sanitation protocol, although they do not provide COVID service, there is no mat, they do not offer you Gel, and the sprinkler is only thrown to have someone who grabs it. It is not the first time that I take a family patient to the Hospital, I could say that the service declines every time. The night receptionist does not give you information, she is rude, does not solve anything and only mentions that she will check with her boss. In the Hospital in general there are many cockroaches and when there is television recording as it is frequented, the service declines a lot, because of the costs it only reminds me that I am in a private individual and not in the IMSS.
