Hospital Angeles Acoxpa

I stayed in this hospital for a week with my little boy when he had cellulitis. The cleaning lady stole my makeup (not cheap!) from the bathroom, and when I reported it, they did absolutely nothing. They initially make a big show about caring and services, but that's all it is. I never even received a response regarding my formal complaint-of any kind. You even have to lock up a lipstick in this place! Oh...and the food was horrible!

Terrible service from the nurses and cashiers, they do not give the information correctly.

Excellent medical service, terrible administrative service. I left a deposit of which they "made me" a refund, I have seven days waiting for it. At the Cashier they answer you and hang up the phone. They do not have a person to supervise these problems.

On August 24, 2020, I went to the hospital to enter, they asked me for my voter credential, the security personnel when they left and handed over the badge, they did not find my identification. They simply told me that they could not find it, it is illogical that they require you to leave the INE credential and they do not take responsibility, it is not possible for them to lose them with an apology, the problem is not solved, they do not accept to leave that identification, they are not responsible. If you have credit cards in department stores, do not agree to leave your voter identification card ... you really avoid having legal problems.

The parking lot is poorly lit and without security guards.
