Normally I love this place but last night we got Spicy Tuna roll and now my girlfriend and I have been vomiting and having diarrhea all day. What’s worse when I call the restaurant they say it’s not their problem/fault and wouldn’t even apologize or offer a refund. Never returning

Today is the 10th of January 2021. I got take out from el japonez and let me tell you the quality has gone down dramatically. Its not even worth going, its an embarrassment. We ordered the spicy tuna rolls and we ( brother, cousin and I) are now viciously ill with food poisoning. This includes all the symptoms under the sun from vomit to pains to fever. Almost similar to feeling sick from covid. Its an absolute nightmare and I will never go back to this place. I am actually worried and quite frankly freaked out because I have never felt this way. Its insane that this place served this quality being one of the most expensive places. Please, avoid this place at all cost its a disgrace to all Japanese foods. Normally I would go directly to the owner or manager but this is a true health concern for my family and I.

To me is a very average and overpriced asian cuisine. The place is pretty and it has a nice view of the mall fountain, the bathrooms are super clean and staff is friendly, other than that I'd rather to pay the same for better quality. Tea and edamames are the only things I like from here.
