I did not make my complete purchase because one of the ladies who helps me approached me and said "if you don't know how to temper the chocolate, don't go in there" I was looking for my learning materials and he kept telling me the same thing. When I asked her what the process was like or what she needed, she was silent, she said she needed a thermometer and that it was very difficult. He offered me chocolate coverage (which is not what I needed) and he repeated to me that the other chocolates are Gourmet and that if I did not know how to work them, I should not do it. His attitude frustrated me so much that I ended up giving up the chocolate, no longer wanting to buy my other materials and I went to buy them elsewhere. Telling customers that if they don't know or mess around is not helpful. A purchase lost due to bad attention.

Zero recommended this store. Terrible service, the online store gives you what they want, not what you ask for and when you want to make the change, they only say that they do not know and that the person in charge left early or did not go to work. In Division del Norte's physical store, all the employees believe they are the owners and no one solves, they say they are the same but to solve their errors, they are already different things. The girls who serve are very cutting, I asked them about some molds and they told me you do this, I said yes, and they answered me because if you do not know or buy, this store is for pastry professionals. Finally, they do not care about attracting customers since they are the retail store of the importer Alegría. They still sell. Too bad we continue to fill their pockets directly or indirectly.
