I ordered something from Palacio de Hierro online, and the package never arrived. I tried calling their support lines multiple times but they never were available. I tried emailing them and they responded to one email and never responded again. For a brand that calls themselves premium this was the absolute worst e-commerce experience I’ve ever had. I’m now in their store, 3 months after I placed my order, in person waiting in a line of 20 people with 2 people working for over an hour to get my money back. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I hate the place. It's not what they sell, it's their corporate management. Their publicity is terribly misogynistic and 100% vane.
I only buy their biscuits, those are ok. But I dislike how they portrait women. Furthermore, it's ludicrously expensive.
