Crowne Plaza Hotel de México

No heat in king suite for 2 nights Cooks could not get our food order right, after 3 tries (both Breakfast & Dinner) Xavier up front was the only bright spot in our visit. U guys need competent help badly.

Very nice and comt hotel. I'm not into the decoration style, it's kind of old but the staff were very helpful and nice. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast was not that good but service was excellent.

Very beautiful hotel at 6km far from the centre. Good quality in service, kind staff. Rooms very beautiful. Rooms close to the tennis and football camps can suffer of a small noise during the games.

Everything about this hotel is horrible. When I checked in my room was 17C, and I had no control of the heater. I had 2 maintenance guys have to come in and rewire everything. After this, I had no wifi. I had full wifi signal but couldn't even open a website... I have 3 devices, phone, iPad, laptop... None would work. After hours on the phone with their tech support, I asked if I could just switch rooms. The new room had perfect wifi, but was super hot and the AC doesn't work. I swear nothing in this hotel works. I also had the do not disturb sign on my door, and the housekeeper was knocking for like 5 minutes even though the room was already cleaned. I asked her what she wanted and she had the wrong room. This hotel needs major improvement to their facities. Lobby is all dark, no lights on. Looks like the place is going out of business. Oh and deadbolt missing from door lock, no way to secure room door. This was rooms #1612 and #1726, avoid these rooms.

Convenient to the world trade center. I had a nice, comfortable, clean, quiet room and an overall pleasant stay over 5 days.
