Same Hospital Tlahuac

Terrible service, zero recommended, they do not know anything about the medical issue, they do not have medical records of the patients, the entire hospital is infested with flies, zero cleaning, the "Dras" seem interns or worse than interns, zero recommended

Two weeks ago my mother had an accident and we needed an orthopedist's attention to check it and as a last resort we went to this "hospital", the attention by phone and staff is PESIMA, the place is horrible, with insufficient spaces and dirty to be a hospital , my mother was sitting in the "waiting room" on a bench in front of the door of the toilets next to her printer, she passed a sick and by "accident" kicked her (my mother had hurt her foot) and did not even ask an apology just laughed, did NOTHING I claimed and only then they asked for an apology. The consultation cost $ 800 with the specialist, they put a BENDA and its cost was 800, I don't know what more fees they added but the final bill was $ 2000. The place is old, neglected and there are hospitals / clinics / etc. Government's best. We returned 2 weeks later for the review, she would be discharged, she would have her benda removed and the specialist had canceled her appointments a day before and nobody told us. HORRIBLE or urgently we go again, I do not recommend it in ANYTHING. I wouldn't put a star on it :) look for other options.

There I had my baby and he was caesarean and in my opinion the attention, room, price and everything was super good. I do recommend it❤️
