Because of Covid there are limited options. The room service food is not bad but not great. I'm changing my review to one star. This hotel does things differently every time I come in. Two coworkers and I are spending a month here and with most of the city closed we like to have friends visit. Some days they let them in, other days they don't. They were very rude to me and my guest last night and said it would be an additional $1100 pesos or $50 US to have a guest. Also, I organize my clothes, shoes and toiletries the way I like them. Every time room service comes in they completely rearrange them. 😠

I stayed here Feb 2020. I really liked the area where the hotel is, the lobby area and the bar downstairs, however it is an old building and the smell was not very nice. In the area where I was staying they were doing some repair and modifications, so during the day they had noise, which was not pleasant. Also, the building is too large and the service is very slow, even though you do see a lot of staff wandering round, if you ask for help, they dont necessarily give it. That also happened during breakfast, where they had many waiters but to get coffee from them for a second time it was quite the challenge, they were mostly cheking if you had already signed the receipt from breakfast. For the fare we paid, I dont consider this a good deal, I suggest you improve service and speed. Note: it is kind of funny how the responses to all bad opinions here and trip advisor are pretty much a copy- paste for years now, that says a lot about how the hotel management does not care to improve.

COVID SAFE. Hand sanitizer, food sanitizer, masks, thermal scan and ozone tunnel required upon entering. Felt very safe during COVID, would have stayed longer had I know how clean and nice it was. Friendly staff and resonable rates.
