This year book a trip with them. The attention at the beginning its moderately good. Due to the pandemic and cancellation of tourism, I asked to cancel the trip, which was treated very rude and arrogant by Claudia. Telling me directly that I knew nothing about agency and when I had mine I could do whatever I wanted. The deal was absurd. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUCH an agency. If you want to waste your time, money better go elsewhere.

Very good service. Claudia González attended me to schedule a trip to Hotel Xcaret for the year 2021 and I was delighted. He was very kind and patient with me in answering all my questions. I feel safe even though I still have a lot to know that I chose the best agency with the best prices!
