Bad service, there is no quality control, there is no organization among the staff, however they made a 100% refund of the deposit as promised.

They did not arrive at the agreed time, after 40 minutes of saying they were on the way, they were rescheduled for 3 hours later; Upon arrival at the home, the furniture presented various details and imperfections and a 2nd delivery was rescheduled at no cost.

A new furniture was redone, however, they presented details and imperfections again to schedule a 3rd delivery to repair said imperfections at no cost for the next week.

They canceled the delivery due to the fact that the furniture was damaged and they would make it again (giving advance notice)

they canceled the delivery because it was "not ready yet" (they gave one day's notice)

More than a month after the order, the furniture could not be delivered, it cost us only 3 trips to the city of Hermosillo and several weeks of waiting but the money was refunded 100%
