Terrible service, I bought a room and a dining room and it took two months to deliver even though both pieces of furniture were already sold. I understand that with the pandemic the delivery time has delays, however the tracking and the information they provide is null, they only say that they will return calls but they do not. Too bad, since they are good furniture.

The owners are Julio Cesar Solano Ramirez and his sister the "MANAGER" called Myriam Solano Ramirez who has nothing as a manager. Beware of buying here, they do not take care of the guarantees and the delivery times are always wrong. The same warehouse boys repair things. Things that bring from the US super poor as they are made in Asia. I do not recommend buying here because they fail to comply with everything they do.

I bought a dining room but it came grated at the time of unpacking, at the time of marking to make the guarantee they told me that it could not be applied because it had already been unpacked at my home
