Ideal for people who like to exercise is very different from the gym because what you work most here is strength. It has instructors who support you in each exercise and with a very complete area to work. Recommended to go in the morning the first four classes are from 6 in the morning until 10 in the morning. The classes in the afternoon are very busy and sometimes it is uncomfortable to work the exercises with so many people there.

Excellent sport The coaches are very attentive and the trainings are highly personalized without any additional cost. Very grateful to 2M for their attention and their treatment. Highly recommended!
