Terrible service, two months ago, I made a return and it's time they don't solve anything for me

Terrible service, I bought a bed, online, on May 30. When they give it to me, I realize that it did not bring instructions or hardware, I have spoken 3 times to customer service, they still do not solve and that will be two months, I'm still without a bed. It is a shame that they deliver incomplete product, and more shame that they do not worry about quickly responding to a situation that they caused.
