Excellent location, I was a full year with you. The house is beautiful, old. The bathrooms are shared the same as the kitchen but clean and they do the cleaning every week. What I liked the most, apart from the fact that my room was very independent, is the view of the city from the roof. Very good stay.

It is in the heart of the historic center, it is practically close to everything, very cheap, one minute walk from the Plaza de Aranzazu, kitchen and shared bathrooms, in my experience it is fine considering that other rents in the center are very high and that is why I think that It is the best in the area, you know "quality cost benefit" has wifi almost throughout the house, I think that due to the type of construction it does not specifically reach only 2 rooms. IMPORTANT, it has hot water 24 hours a day :) Throughout my stay I received guidance and a lot of support from those in charge, especially Mrs. Rosalba, they have made me feel as if it were my home, which I appreciate very much. see you next year. It is a good place to sleep only for days, since the neighbors are very dirty, and if you use the refrigerator they eat your literal food they do not respect, the bathrooms are always dirty, and in the morning a horror to be able to take a bath as soon as you enter and you They are knocking on the door for you to leave, also on weekends you hear a lot of noise from the bar next door, Mrs. Rosalba evicts you without notifying you like that, only the location is good that it is already super close to the center But the street is always dark at night it is something dangerous more if you are a woman because some drunks come out of the bar or construction men come out at night, also you never find parking if you have a car, and it is dangerous to leave it on the avenue .
