Hi my name is Luan,I used this agency to take one week holiday In nueva Vallarta beach,it was the worst experience,when I went to the hotel to sign in ,,I ended paying about 8000 pesos,plus ,plus the swimming pool wasn’t in use while we where there,I try to explain them ,but I didn’t get any help,so mi lost the money,plus didn’t enjoy the pools,I will never ever use this agency again ,because the staff is full of lies,specially the person who sold us the tickets,which her name is Camila 👎I will recommend this agency as a worst one 👎I love mexico,in future will use different agency for beach holidays
