The place is pretty. It is only given 4 stars because it does not have a parking area for visitors and recommends changing the kitchen utensils since these were very worn and some details of wear and tear of the cabin that it is recommended to review (slight details). Note: the road is dirt with a lot of loose stone. Small vehicles arrive but a good suspension is recommended since the road is not even and has many bumps. The view is very nice as it is directly into the forest.
Excellent service, doubts clarified at the moment, I loved it
We spent the end of the year 2020 in one of these cabins, the experience was good, although it could have been better.
The attention from the beginning was very good, they sent us the QR code two days before our reservation and without problems.
The location was given to us via whatsapp and we arrived without problems, the cabins are located approx 10 minutes from the center of Mazamitla, but you can find small well-stocked supermarkets 5 minutes from the cabin, the road to get there is bad, it is only a paved section , then paved and ends up being dirt.
The cabin is a little different from what we had imagined (I will leave several photos so that whoever wants to go can get a more exact idea of the place). Of the few drawbacks that these cabins have is that they have no place to park the vehicles, they have to stay on the street, which is in very bad condition and also, if the other 2 cabins are occupied there will be many more vehicles to park as it happened to us.
In my case, we stayed in the "Pandito" cabin, which has 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, double terrace, double fireplace, table football, swings and TV with sky, in one of the rooms it has a king size bed and a sofa, another room has a double bed and the third has two single beds, and in the living room it has 3 sofa-beds.
The kitchen has 1 refrigerator, a small coffee maker, a blender, stove (no oven), some pans, a griddle, plastic plates, glasses, spoons, forks. One of the things that I did not like about the cabin is that it only has a full bathroom inside the cabin, it has a half bathroom but it is outside the cabin at the bottom, the distribution of the cabin is somewhat strange, the The main "entrance" is at the bottom where the "terrace" and the half bathroom are and you have to climb stairs to go up to the other terrace, you can enter through the back of the cabin, but, it turns out, is the bathroom, so if it is busy, you will have to go down the side stairs and go back up to enter through the terrace (I may not understand, so I will leave pictures to better locate). That would be one of the few things that I did not like, I would recommend that the owners add a full bathroom or at least half a bathroom, but inside the cabin, in winter it is impossible because of the cold to have to leave the cabin at night or very early in the morning to go to the bathroom. On the other hand, the view of the cabin is spectacular, day or night it is beautiful, the cabin is cozy, once you light the fireplace and the living room and dining room is heated it is a delight, the beds are comfortable, the sofa beds as well They give you a few blankets, but we bring our own blankets, you have to bring your own towels (excellent for hygiene), there is a gas water heater, you turn it on and you always have hot water.
In general it was a good stay, there are some details that can be improved to make the experience excellent, I hope not to disturb anyone with my comments, I only give my opinion from my experience, hoping that other people like us who like to meet and enjoy will serve you of towns as beautiful as Mazamitla. If you have any questions, ask and I will gladly answer.
Very quiet nobody bothers you and a beautiful view
Difficult to access, the gas ran out and they put it on until night, it was very dirty, in a bedroom there are 2 double beds and there is no space to pass
