Terrible service I went and I was there from 11.00am waiting to be attended, I do not have an appointment, my doctor did not go, they sent me to Unifila I was the 5th person in Unifila they gave 5.00pm and I was not attended.

Why is the phone never answered in orientation? It's supposed to be a module for that and they seem to purposely let it ring and ring.
