Hotel Boutique Villa Nogal

Stopped to check out the view and enjoy a cup of their very good American coffee. This place is spectacular. Great attention to detail when building the hotel. Will probably stay there for a night in the near future. Very first class.

We had a great meal. I was sceptical about a good French restaurant in San Sebastian, but our Airbnb host highly recommended. I had not read reviews, but did check prices. Looked spendy for Mexico. Starter of olive tapenade was complimentary, my husband had Lamb Ossobuco, I had the trout in caper lemon sauce. Both were absolutely delicious, I had recently had trout in the pyrenees in France, to be honest this was better. The best meal we have had in a long time, plus a spectacular view and staff were precious. Would be double the price in the US for this quality. I would make the trip to San Sebastian just for this.

This place is a real gem. Fantastic view, delicious food and outstanding service; the interior is very tastefully appointed.
