Thieves, they scammed us when renting a property. As we approached conciliation, they simply evasive us and refused to offer a solution. They never exposed evidence of the surprise charges that they made us and among all the employees they only passed the ball. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. Employees are giving positive reviews to create a trustworthy company image, but they are not.

EYE: DO NOT GET CARRYED BY THE AVERAGE. EMPLOYEES ARE VOTING 5 STARS. THE REAL ESTATE IS A PORK. AWFUL: horrible experience for the return of a deposit. They wanted to make me dizzy with imperfect assumptions that the maintenance guy never documented and that supposedly showed up to keep half the deposit. Obviously they never responded to my request for the evidence and invoice for the supposed service. I don't even tell them about the contract that they never knew how to put the address or my name correctly. DO NOT RENT HOUSES managed by C21 Sayje.

I do not recommend it, terrible service. They do not make anything clear to you, they only take your money, slow for any clarification, one must be calling them all the time because if not they do not. All the documents are wrong, in the time I was renting everything they did wrong, the papers did not have correct data and they never corrected it. They collected repairs that they never justified or evidenced.
