your service should be equal in all of your bus stations i went from zapopan to peñita on friday and the service was amazing, everyone was respecting safe distance and i felt really safe, but the problem is that when i came back from peñita to zapopan everything was wrong, nobody took my temperture, there where people without a mask everywhere and no one was respecting safe distancing, its astonashing to me how diferent the service is between stations within the samne company.

The nicest bus I’ve ever been on.

Terrible! I arrived at 11:30 for a! 11:50 bus, which the didn’t come until 12:30. I got on, and even though I had been assigned a seat, I was told it was taken. Apparently they expected me to stand in the aisle for two hours? Not a chance. I got off and went back in (which set off mild chaos), and was then put on the next bus. We pull out of the station, and within 100 meters, we had stopped to let more people on. A chicken bus! Uh oh. After the driver got back on, we literally stopped 10 SECONDS LATER, where he and his buddy causally just stood around. I got off and went back to the station rather angrily where I was told by the manager that that’s just how it works. I’ve ridden a lot of buses in a lot of countries throughout this part of the world, but this was pretty bad. I ended up walking down the road and for 500 pesos, just took a cab. If you’re not on a shoestring budget, save yourself the frustration of dealing with these dolts and just take a taxi.
