I sent some suitcases by Tap Envíos from Zapopan to Culiacán, they were packed and tightly closed. Upon arrival in Culiacán, personal items were missing and they did not respond for the violations. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I do not recommend it at all.

DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THROUGH THE PACKAGING ... THEY ARE SOME THIEVES, VIOLATED MY BOX AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE !! CHECK THE PACKAGE USED WELL.

Yesterday we sent sanitizers for the health sector, Hermosillo and Obregón, from Zapopan. Unfortunately we could not deliver on what was promised because 25% of the sanitizers were stolen from us.

Today I wanted to use the parcel service and the boy who attended me did it with a bad attitude as if he were doing me a favor and they were not going to charge me for a service. Fortunately on one side is Primera Plus and there if they are clear about customer service. I suggest you supervise your staff better since they are the face of the company.
