Bad clinic, they are not pure apprentice professionals, they seem to work there, they don't even know what veneers are, my wife had a procedure of aesthetics of cheeks, they told me they were porcelain and it was the cheapest material in the market they took advantage of because we were coming from abroad and they know that one is not going to get back the worst they only steal the money because they really charge almost more than 4 thousand dollars we paid for 8 cheeks they have spent a year and they already dropped 2 so they will not give away their money to that clinic they do a lousy job 👎

The worst thing that happened to me. They closed the branch where I attended. In the new branch they did not give me attention until I went to claim (they did not give me an appointment by phone). I requested my reimbursement for terrible service and they penalized me (which they did not tell me) and to top it off the penalty is on the total amount not on the returned (something that they do not have specified). And to close with a flourish, of the two resins that put me (in February 2019), one does not work anymore. Finally my claim was made on March 18 and it is a date that can not be resolved. Pure fraud!

Terrible service. First of all, they want to make you dizzy and convince you to pay a thousand months. When from the beginning we were willing to pay cash. Finally we pay cash. We receive the service, from the drs and assistants in the office, all right the truth. But administrative staff have zero notion of what is customer service. Upon arrival, each appointment makes us wait 30-45 min. Without even an apology or a ... we are a little late, or whatever. Already inside the office, the patient's privacy is not respected. As other drs and assistants enter and leave the office as if nothing. Finally, the treatment was started and the worst part is that they received or sent the wrong piece to the laboratory. A cheaper piece. And they told us they would give us the money back. It took 10 MONTHS! in making a refund of 3500 pesos. And every time I was going to ask, the "manager" or "director" (professional zero) told me that the return was almost ready. So they made me dizzy for 10 months. I had a very bad experience. I do not recommend it at all. They are not serious. They don't care about the patient. Only the charge. Do not go. The facilities are decent and it is very convenient to be in the mall. But they are not what they appear. Hopefully they learn that customer service is the most important thing for a business to be successful.
