Bad time management experience. I made my appointment at 6pm. When they arrived at that time they kept me waiting until 6:20 pm, instead of telling me that they were late with another patient and that they were still treating him, they decided to come to the office, he asked me some questions and he checked me, all this in 15 min. The dentist said that he was returning at one point (that moment was 1 hour in which he was going to attend to the other patient), he returned at 7:30 pm to now do the work. In an effort not to lose a customer, they handled it in the worst way, they could have told me they were late and I would have come back later without problems. I hope they are more organized and pay more attention to this.

They charged me 500 pesos just for giving me a diagnosis! and it really didn't do anything to me. They treated me well but asked me to have given a solution to my problem.
