I had a very nice experience here; all the staff was polite and the doctors and nurses were great. Very clean, nice support.

After reading so many negative reviews, we were concerned about this hospital. Everything was terrific! Minerva at reception was very helpful. Manual guided us to the room. The nurses were attentive during the night. The room was a good size with a patio- Even the sofa, was comfortable for my night's sleep. Parking was ample. Todo excelente! Si tu no hablas español, hay un poquito problema. la mayoría de la gente no habla mucho inglés. Pero tratan. Al fin, fue una buena experiencia. Lo recomendamos absolutamente.

My son has an accident and the ambulance took him at 5am. No one give him any medical attention, even when he was in really bad condition; they wait until some family were located and gave a credit card number and left a deposit of money (3hrs later) Someone stoled money from his wallet, because he was unconscious and when we asked for the security video of the area, they justified it saying that, they don't have cameras in that area and no one took responsibility about it.

I only received admonitions from the nursing staff for asking to be respected to be exclusively breastfeeding with my baby! Even with the support of my medical team and my baby, the nurses constantly told me that I was being negligent for not feeding my baby and even one threatened to take my baby to intensive care because she was crying !! In addition to the facilities, much to leave because the two days I was there by cesarean section there was no hot water to bathe.
