Even if it is an emergency, don't go here or any of their other hospitals. They will take your retirement, savings, and quality of life without blinking an eye.

Never visit this hospital if you have International-insurance, they will make sure you pay 4-times more with all fake bills. They will create a mess with with your insurance company and also will try to extract money from your pocket as well. Although they have same good doctors, but hospital management is a fraud. All 5* ratings that you will see in google or facebook review are mostly from their staff.

I just realized that the surgeon who destroyed my face started working here.. I am talking about Dr jesus baez marquez. The man that destroyed my frontal sinus and put me in the night mare that I will never like a human. Jhe is not capable of any surgery. He just loves clients money. Unfortunately Mexico rules does not let putting him in charge for irreversible damages he makes in his surgeries

Real good choice for infants specially. Very good English speaking doctors. Hopefully you never have to use one but their emergency services are super supportive.

They never answer the phone and when they do, they transfer and when they DO transfer you they hang up on you. They never give out any kind of information because no one ever knows! Terrible customer service.
