You wanna call to ask about your relative? wait 7-8 times (if you're lucky) You have a remote appointment through phone call with your relative's doctor.. call 7-8 times You want to ask if you need to deposit more money to cover the expenses... Yes you guessed right!, call 7-8 times! The service is also painfully slow... you need to wait around 4 hours in order to check in your patient (this has happened to me twice). I seriously hope you're not in an emergency because that's how long you need to wait. Yep... it's a private hospital, yes it's expensive, and yes it's as slow as IMSS.
