CHG Hospitals Surgeries

I broke my Achilles tendon playing basketball and went to this hospital to get attended. Since it was a complete rupture there was no other option than to have surgery. The attention was really good. They took care of contacting my insurance company and I had no problem. Very clean and professional hospital with really capable personnel.

Dr. Ernesto Aranda Aldeco is a great surgeon. The staff is very attentive and has great customer service! The medical equipment is comparable to the US. The bathrooms, the guest rooms, the operating room, and the recovery suites are super clean.

It is very beautiful but on December 6, 2020 my aunt passed away due to medical negligence on the part of this hospital, and I am sure that my aunt is not the first to die due to negligence in short QPD.

I do not recommend this hospital at all There is no empathy for our patients, they are left waiting for a long time when they are supposed to go to the emergency room Slowly due to negligence we lost our aunt since she was not given the attention she needed, if your doctor is not there, they do not treat you, the nurses in the reception room spend all their time talking. Please, before admitting your family member to any hospital, check the reviews. Unfortunately we did not.
