Hands down the worst bus company. Bought a bus ticket to Mexico City over a month ago. Then they told me that all the buses were full on my layover in Nuevo Laredo. Incredible how you can buy a bus ticket that doesn’t reserve a seat on the second and third leg of the trip. I was not the only one. If traveling to Mexico, do not, I repeat, DO NOT travel with Tornado. Buy your ticket online with ETN or any other Mexican bus companies! I was literally stranded in the middle of nowhere! INCREDIBLE!
