Suddenly they canceled my appointment and according to them I canceled it and never requested the cancellation. What arrogance to want to waste people's time, they want you to comply with your tax obligations and they do not have the infrastructure to serve so many people being able to do paperwork online they want you to make appointments yes or yes and there is never availability

My opinion is that they should check the website since it does not allow scheduling appointments, but the agendas before do not want to attend you.
