Physically it is a clean and friendly place. But they never answer the calls for medical consultations.

Personnel do not know anything about first aid, they are just shopkeepers who seek to sell the product regardless of whether someone encounters urgent problems. I required an emergency salbutamol spray and they didn't want to give it to me because I didn't swipe my card at their terminal. They saw my urgency and they didn't even release the salbutamol. The worst, benavides is not your trusted neighbor. This happened on October 27, 2020.
