Very lame cinema. We tried to watch the new Star Wars twice without success. First time - googled where the film was on in Saltillo and where it was shown in English. We found Cinemex Galerias and showed up at the time advertised. Just to find out that the film was shown in Spanish at the time. OK, as we were there, let's watch in Spanish - bought our tickets and went to the cinema. Cinema was dark - nothing showing. Turns out that the projector was broken. It could not be fixed, so we were asked to come back later (or the next day) We showed up the next day. Double checked the timings of the English version again, this time on Cinemex website. Came to the cinema - just to learn that the film was running already for over 30 minutes. But we had double checked the timing!!! The girl at the counter just shrugged and told us to download the cinema app, because the website timings are always wrong... What a lame business - even a highschool project would be run better. Other than this: Mixed popcorn is only available if you buy a large amount - and then it's not mixed, but kept apart. Seating is mediocre, but bearable. Sound and video quality we could not test...

Do not come here ur better going to any other movie theater....... U have been warned

The employees should clean better.
