Very late I come with lunch because it takes a long time, a single bank for 3 fatal municipalities, lousy ATM service they always fail they need more ATMs and technicians to give them maintenance

As the only branch, they should offer service on Saturdays. Like other users, I have had the misfortune to go and find it closed at times where it should be open (sometimes they close 30min before service hours). They do NOT give you clear reports, additionally the waiting time is at least 45min; because they do not have enough staff, a very small area and cash machines without money. I think they should open another branch and / or expand the existing one.

If you dial the number on the back of your Banamex card to check the branches that are "supposedly operating", this branch appears open to the public, then you go to the branch (which by the way is a single branch) and it is really closed. This has happened to many clients several times, and just a few days ago they deigned to put an ad saying that they will open until further notice. That little attention of this financial institution towards the client; because they closed and put the notice until they felt like it.

Terrible this bank in manager will think with his legs, as they close the only bank they have no criteria and the customers the movements we have to make at the windows and customer service little mother ... they must have with their terrible service

Like any other bank, it always has a lot of people, an advantage is that when you enter it has a device in which you take a number and that is how you are served in that order, so when you get to that place, look for that number before anything else. Otherwise they will have a good time there, the bank staff is attentive and friendly.
