Rally amazing place. It is not a cheap option but it will be worth every penny you spend. The view, the food, the places and people attention makes the place unique

A beautiful and wonderful vacation still the second day of our trip and it's already amazing!! The staff are so kind and the food and drinks are excellent!! By far one of my favorite hotels.

Wow, I am not one to often (if ever) write reviews, but really wanted to say we had a truly wonderful time at the Fairmont Mayakoba. Above all, the staff is incredibly kind, gracious, and helpful, they made the trip so enjoyable! And the FOOD! SO GOOD! There was literally not a dish or restaurant that was not delicious, we were totally taken aback. Also very clean in the era of COVID. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip!

A very well manage resort and amazing staff. You are treated like royalties. Bikes are available for you to bike to the shore or the restaurant of you choice. Very clean and great attention to safety and health of the guests. You can take long walk or just sit by the ocean and enjoy the moon light/sunrise. The staff all are proficient in English and have a lot of good stories to tell you about the history of this resort. We didn't leave the resort and didn't feel we need to all we needed was available at the resort.
