Don't use this tour service! Just book your tours through the cruise line because these tours are a joke. Did the beach resort and Mayan ruins tour and the Techno Hotel was awful. Smelled bad, beach and water was dirty, food average and not sanitary, drinks watered down with awful tequila. Ruins were small and only spent 20 minutes there. Drove 45 minutes each way. Just DON'T do it. Live and learn......

Terrible service. They should check their trucks since several times it is broken and they leave waiting for hours.
