When you buy liters and they give you incomplete very bad service.

More than 6 months ago I paid with my debit card and his dispatcher commented that it did not happen and I paid in cash. Later in my statement the charge appeared and the gas station says that it is not their problem it is from the bank. The bank simply tells me that they did the charge. It is a date that emails do not answer me anymore When wanting to invoice with the ticket (cash payment) the portal does not allow it, so I got rid of the ticket. Soon after it arrived My statement and oh surprise pay twice.
