Five Stars++ 100% satisfied. This is that place you will come back and keep remembering due to wonderful experiences you find and have in every corner at this clean quite exclusive nice hotel! MATEO, FRED, ALFRED and super chef TERE are super kind and highly professional with that human treat you look during a foreign visit, specially on those mystic places such Merida City at Yucatan State. Please do not miss the fantastic tours they have with RAFAEL with his outstanding travel service, thanks everyone for this lovely vacation you created in our life :) Hotel Casa Flor de Mayo you flourish not only May but all Year long you rock!!!
Our stay at this boutique B&B was simply perfect. We had a very small issue with the room upon arrival but the staff went over and beyond to help and accommodate us. Amazing customer service and their concierges are fantastic and very helpful. You can use their kitchen and there’s a super cute little interior garden with a pool. Located in a safe and nice part of town, next to Paseo de Montejo and Plaza Grande (20 min walk).

It looks like quite ordinary from outside but inside it's beautiful with well decorated rooms, a small pool and comfortable living rooms and even a kitchen for guests.
Matthew and Selene and all the staff made our stay very enjoyable, very hospitable and made lots of helpful suggestions for places to go and good restaurants.
