Bad attention there is no staff to advise the people who are waiting and more for the contingency

Lousy service in the Ventanilla area (Only 2 cashiers at saturation times) and at ATMs (Only one of those that worked) worked. The only good thing is the facilities, very modern and clean, but for that reason you don't go to the Bank, you expect efficient service.

A single ATM for many people in a large bank and in a commercial area is not possible
